Banta to Host Arrowhead Hunt at Fort LeBoeuf Historical Society

HARRISBURG – State Rep. Jake Banta (R-Erie) announced his office, in partnership with the Fort LeBoeuf Historical Society, is hosting an arrowhead hunt and tour of the Fort LeBoeuf Museum on Saturday, May 3, at 9 a.m. The museum is located at 103 S. High St., Waterford.

“This is a fun opportunity for those interested to engage with history by searching for arrowheads in the French Creek area and taking a tour of the museum to learn about the area’s history,” shared Banta. “I am grateful to be able to work with the Fort LeBoeuf Historical Society to host it and look forward to having a fun day at the museum.”

Banta’s office shared that coffee and donuts will be provided and asks anyone interested in participating to please RSVP by calling 814-347-7110 or emailing dwargo@pahousegop.com. The office also suggests that participants prepare for the weather and dress accordingly.
